Bloom is led by experienced professionals with extensive backgrounds in SEND education, social care, and safeguarding.
Laura Spencer – Operational Lead
Laura Spencer is Bloom’s Operational Lead, responsible for curriculum design, staff training, and day-to-day operational delivery. She has over 23 years’ experience in post-16 education, alongside extensive experience in social care and the management of specialist SEND services.
Laura holds a PGCE (Post-Compulsory Education & Training), QTLS status, and a Level 5 qualification in Positive Behaviour Support, and brings a strong focus on quality, consistency, and evidence-based practice.
Rochelle Molloy – Pastoral Lead
Rochelle Molloy is Bloom’s Pastoral Lead, overseeing learner wellbeing, safeguarding, and family liaison. She has over 10 years’ experience supporting young people with SEND in frontline and leadership roles.
Rochelle holds Level 3 qualifications in Health & Social Care and Safeguarding Adults, and is responsible for maintaining high standards of welfare, positive behaviour support, and safeguarding across the service.
